Corredi: A story you can wear
When I was a child, every few years my nonna and nonno would return from Italy with something extraordinary.

Metal chests filled with linens, clothing, shoes and jewellery, chosen carefully, never as souvenirs, but as pieces for the future.

In the 80s and 90s, travel felt monumental. And when they came home, our family would gather on the floor of my nonna’s house as she opened those chests, one by one. Inside were embroidered sheets, tablecloths, lace and linens, biancheria made by hand, folded with care, and meant to last a lifetime.

As a child, it felt magical.
Like being handed a story. A promise. A piece of Italy itself.

Corredi was born from that memory.

Each brooch in this collection is crafted from antique Italian linens, centrini, lace and embroidery that once lived quietly in drawers and linen chests. Pieces never intended to be fashionable, only meaningful.

By transforming them into brooches, Corredi brings those private rituals into the present, worn openly, proudly and with reverence.

These are not just brooches.

They are memories.

They are inheritance.

They are the beauty of what was once kept safe, now finally seen.
